1. Acceptance

By using our platform — whether as a funnel creator or a person filling out a funnel — you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

DirectFunnel is a lead qualification funnel builder. Businesses create funnels to collect information from potential leads. Leads fill out these funnels to express interest in a product or service.

3. SMS Verification

When phone verification is enabled on a funnel:

• You will receive a single one-time SMS containing a verification code
• Message frequency: one message per form submission
• Message and data rates may apply
• You can opt out at any time by not submitting the form
• For help, contact support@directfunnel.com
• Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.

We use Twilio to deliver verification messages. By entering your phone number and clicking “Send Verification Code”, you consent to receiving this one-time SMS.

4. User Accounts (Funnel Creators)

Funnel creator accounts are provided by invitation only. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to use the platform to collect information in violation of applicable laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information in funnels
• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Attempt to bypass verification or security measures
• Overload or interfere with the platform's infrastructure

6. Data Handling

Form submissions are stored securely and made available to the funnel creator. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and use.

7. Intellectual Property

The DirectFunnel platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by LeadOGO Inc. Funnel creators retain ownership of their content and collected data.

8. Limitation of Liability

DirectFunnel is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
