Last updated: March 26, 2026

DirectFunnel (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the DirectFunnel platform (go.directfunnel.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

When you fill out a funnel form, we may collect:

  • Name, email address, and phone number
  • Responses to survey/qualification questions
  • Device information (device type, browser)
  • IP address and approximate location
  • Referral source and URL parameters (e.g., UTM tags)
  • Timestamps (when you started and completed the form)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Deliver your form responses to the business that created the funnel
  • Verify your phone number via a one-time SMS code (when enabled)
  • Validate your email address for deliverability
  • Prevent spam and fraudulent submissions
  • Improve our platform and user experience

3. SMS Verification

When phone verification is enabled, we send a single one-time verification code via SMS to confirm phone number ownership. We do not send marketing messages, recurring texts, or share your phone number with third parties for messaging purposes. Message and data rates may apply. You will receive at most one SMS per form submission.

4. Information Sharing

We share your form responses only with the business that created the funnel you filled out. We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform:

  • Supabase (database hosting)
  • Twilio (phone verification)
  • ZeroBounce (email validation)
  • Cloudflare (hosting and security)

5. Data Retention

Form submissions are retained for as long as the business that created the funnel maintains their account. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure database hosting, and access controls to protect your information.

7. Cookies

Our funnel pages do not use tracking cookies. We may use essential cookies for session management on our dashboard.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at privacy@directfunnel.com.
